Study report about the usability of the new Europass platform

Academic Information Centre – National Europass Centre conducted a study on the usability of the Europass platform (europass.eu) in order to find out what should be improved in the Europass platform, focusing on the opinions of Latvian citizens. In the course of the research, a report was developed, which includes recommendations for improving the platform.

On December 6, 2023, National Europass Centre held a seminar for the representatives of contact points of European Union networks in order to present the Europass platform usability study report and developed recommendations. The materials from the event (in Latvian).
